York University provides very circumscribed opportunities of scholarships to students bursting into programs at the master's and doctoral level. There are no application forms to get enrolled into these scholarships. The Graduate Program Directors make offers to selected candidates who have an undisputable "A" standing in their last two academic years.

Graduate Fellowships for Academic Distinction

The Graduate Fellowships for Academic Distinction is presented to enrolling students with high potential for future leadership in international affairs. The eligibility criteria for these awards is that you have to be engaged in research of the Social Science aspects of environmental protection, Canada as a Pacific nation, or political economy. The Graduate Fellowships for Academic Distinction include a scholarship of $5,000 for master's students; $10,000 for doctoral students and a graduate assistantship valued at $7,000 and all tuition fees.

International Tuition Fee Scholarships
